Our Mission

We here at Mark Hayley Events are a British based company dedicated to helping groups and individuals that are so interested to free themselves from unwanted feelings, responses and behaviours and to learn and keep desired new habits, skills and abilities, in such a way that they enjoy the process.

Personal development, skills improvement and skills acquisition in all areas of life is our forte.

The way we do that is primarily done using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), DHE™ (Design Human Engineering) and NHR™ (Neuro-Hypnotic Reprogramming).

Mark Hayley is the primary trainer that facilitates this process.

Mark Hayley is a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP™. Mark has also served a 5 year personal apprenticeship with Dr. Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP and the creator of additional human behaviour technologies known as DHE™ and NHR™.

We host our workshops in the UK, usually in London, England, plus Mark Hayley will often teach and co-teach with other reputable training companies in the UK and overseas.

Mark Hayley is one of the few senior NLP trainers that continues to work with individuals. He says this is his passion, one of the primary reasons he began learning NLP, in addition to his own desire for personal development.
